Very interesting website. I'm interested in selling 12 pieces of native american indian scenes by the famous artist Michael Gentry. I have Artist Proofs and numbered limited editions. All are signed and all have been professionally matted and framed.

Delivering legendary customer service is obviously of primary concern to Herndon Fine Art's Russell Herndon. In inquiring about the price of specific artwork by a Frederick Phillips on herndonfineart.com, I learned from Russell that it was more than was in our budget for this purchase and communicated that to him. Rather than write us off, Russell e-mailed back that he had many other pieces by Phillips that were not as costly (as the one I'd chosen was one of the more expensive in his collection). He included an Excel spreadsheet of all of Phillips' works that he had available and their prices, reasoning that there might be another print that we would like. To me, that spoke volumes to Mr. Herndon's beliefs about customer service. While the dictionary will define "customer" as someone who buys from you, Russell told me through his actions and customer service that, to him, a customer encompasses someone who is interested in what you are selling, whether they buy something or not. I know that I will be buying art from Russell in the future, simply because he has shown me that he cares about my needs and wants as much or even more than his own.

Gary Benfield is our favorite artist. We first saw his work on cruise ships. I found Herndon Fine Art and bought Summer Romance from them. The price and shipping was excellent. We are looking to buy another.
